COMM Graduate Writes Book on Homeless

Justin Doering, Boise State COMM graduate, is bringing recognition to the names and stories of the homeless population. Doering has been fascinated with the homeless population since he was 16. His interest has influenced his decision to write a book titled, “Fifty Sandwiches.” He plans to travel on a cross-country trip where he will sit down and interview people in the homeless population in exchange for a free meal. He will use their stories in his book. He plans to start this adventure starting at the beginning of July and plans to have it last around three to four months. Doering has started a Kickstarter campaign to raise money for this project that will end mid-May. READ MORE at News UPDATE
